Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the LifeFrame platform, beta program, or related services. By signing up for our waitlist, accessing the beta application, or using any LifeFrame service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About LifeFrame
LifeFrame Innovations Inc. (“LifeFrame,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a life design technology company building a platform that enables users to create, share, and discover visual life design practices called “Frames.” Our platform is currently in a beta phase, available to selected waitlist participants. These Terms govern your access to and use of the LifeFrame website, beta application, waitlist program, and any other services we offer (collectively, the “Services”).
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Provide accurate, current, and complete information when signing up.
Not be prohibited from using the Services under any applicable law.
LifeFrame reserves the right to refuse access or terminate accounts at its discretion.
3. Beta Program
3.1 Beta Access
The LifeFrame beta program is provided as a pre-release version of our platform for evaluation and feedback purposes. Access is granted to selected waitlist members at LifeFrame’s sole discretion. Beta access may be revoked at any time without notice.
3.2 Beta Disclaimer
The beta platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may be incomplete, subject to change, or removed entirely before the full product launch. We cannot guarantee that beta content, data, or settings will be preserved or transferred to the final version of the platform.
3.3 Feedback
By participating in the beta program, you may be asked to provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions about the Services. You grant LifeFrame a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, incorporate, and build upon that feedback without any obligation to compensate you. You waive any moral rights in such feedback to the extent permitted by law.
4. Your Account
When you create an account, you are responsible for:
Keeping your login credentials confidential.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Notifying us promptly at hello@lifeframe.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person. LifeFrame is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial life design purposes, including creating, sharing, and discovering Frames for your own wellbeing and development. Creators participating in the LifeFrame marketplace may use the platform for permitted commercial activities as described in Section 7.
5.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Use the Services in any way that violates applicable local, provincial, national, or international law.
Upload, share, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or harmful to others.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or any other user’s account.
Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract data from the Services without our express written permission.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services.
Use the Services to send unsolicited communications (spam).
LifeFrame reserves the right to terminate access for violations of this section without notice.
6. User Content and Frames
6.1 Your Content
Ownership rights with respect to content you create and upload to LifeFrame, including Frames, text, images, and other materials (“User Content”), are subject to our ongoing terms development and will be addressed in a future update to these Terms. By uploading User Content, you grant LifeFrame a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
6.2 Frames and Sharing
When you choose to share Frames publicly or with other users, you acknowledge that others may view, interact with, adopt, or ReFrame your content in accordance with the sharing settings you have selected. You are responsible for your sharing choices and for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others.
6.3 ReFraming and Attribution
LifeFrame’s ReFraming system allows users to adapt shared Frames while preserving attribution to original creators. By sharing a Frame publicly or enabling ReFraming, you consent to others adapting your work in accordance with the platform’s attribution mechanics. Creator attribution terms will be addressed in future platform updates.
6.4 Content Standards
All User Content must comply with our Acceptable Use policy (Section 5) and must not:
Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Contain false or misleading information.
Include content that exploits or harms minors.
Violate any person’s privacy or publicity rights.
LifeFrame reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards at any time.
7. Creator Economy and Marketplace
During the beta phase, LifeFrame does not offer monetization, marketplace transactions, or paid creator features. The platform currently supports sharing Frames for personal and community use only. Creator economy and marketplace features are planned for future releases and will be subject to separate Creator Terms at that time.
Creators are responsible for the accuracy and quality of content they offer.
Revenue sharing and attribution mechanics are governed by LifeFrame’s platform algorithms and Creator Terms.
LifeFrame reserves the right to introduce and modify creator features, eligibility criteria, and any associated terms with reasonable notice.
LifeFrame is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or quality of Frames shared by other users on the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 LifeFrame’s IP
All aspects of the LifeFrame platform, including but not limited to the Frame architecture, multi-scheduling system, ReFraming attribution technology, user interface, branding, and underlying software, are the exclusive property of LifeFrame Innovations Inc. and are protected by copyright, patent (pending), trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use LifeFrame’s intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Services as intended.
8.2 Trademark
"LifeFrame," the LifeFrame logo, and related marks are trademarks of LifeFrame Innovations Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
8.3 Feedback License
As described in Section 3.3, any feedback you provide to us becomes the property of LifeFrame and may be used without restriction or compensation.
9. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.lifeframe.app. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points:
We collect your email address and optional information you choose to provide.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
You can unsubscribe from communications at any time.

10. AI Features
LifeFrame uses artificial intelligence features, including AI-generated imagery and scheduling assistance. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors.
AI suggestions are recommendations only. You retain full control over your life design decisions, and LifeFrame’s AI is designed to assist, not replace, your judgment.
AI features are subject to change, improvement, or removal at any time.
LifeFrame is committed to responsible AI development that preserves your agency and privacy. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Third-Party Integrations
LifeFrame may offer integrations with third-party applications and services. These integrations are provided for your convenience and are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective third parties. LifeFrame is not responsible for the practices, content, or performance of third-party services. You access third-party integrations at your own risk.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LIFEFRAME DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
LIFEFRAME DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL, MENTAL HEALTH, FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. THE PLATFORM IS A LIFE DESIGN TOOL AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIFEFRAME INNOVATIONS INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF LIFEFRAME HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LIFEFRAME’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LIFEFRAME IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100).
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LifeFrame Innovations Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
15. Termination
LifeFrame may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by contacting us at hello@lifeframe.app to request account deletion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this document. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or by posting a notice in the platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized Canadian arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English in Alberta, Canada. Notwithstanding the foregoing, LifeFrame reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
18. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and LifeFrame regarding the Services.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver: LifeFrame’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. LifeFrame may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
Language: These Terms are written in English. Any translated version is provided for convenience only, and the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
